There are some nights where you’re just too darn exhausted to cook. Well tonight was that night. So I pulled out this casserole.
Now lets just say today has been the day that I get into a lot of accidents. This morning while changing my daughter I turned backwards to grab the wipes and pulled the muscle thats on the collar bone. Ouch. Then I made the mistake of picking on my brother for his knee. Karma. What did I do? I slipped on some water and hit my knee on a door frame….lesson to learn…don’t pick on someones pain.
What are you going to need:
1 pack hotdogs
2 cans chili
1 can refrigerated biscuits
1 cup cheese
One big appetite
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Cut the hotdogs into slices or chunks. Totally depends on how big you want them.
Next add your cans of chili and stir together.
Cut your biscuits into chunks. You could tear them but I cut them. Its a texture thing for me I don’t like mushy on my hands. I know. Im weird.
Add your biscuits to the chili
Now you want to top with cheese.
Bake until the biscuits are no longer gooey. When its all done you’ll have a quick dump and bake casserole. Yummy
